After 35 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. After having played for 46 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Szuperbeton's Yoeri Laureijs was substituted for Thibaud De kaiser. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Didier Colpaert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Volodymyr Zelenskiy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Volodymyr Zelenskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 70th match minute, Szuperbeton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yoeri Laureijs to maneuver through the defense. Germany made a substitution. Valentin Lindner replaced Malte Schiele. After 75 played minutes Szuperbeton got a freekick which was hit by Guillaume Lanckneus. In the 82nd minute, Frank Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Szuperbeton.
