Sonny Perkins scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20thth minute of the game Sonny Perkins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Anibal Haritzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Perkins in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Francesco Marines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Frank Sachs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Germany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 43rd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Marines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sonny Perkins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. After 48 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. In the 49th minute, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sonny Perkins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Sonny Perkins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Perkins in the 67th minute of the match. Anibal Haritzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Sonny Perkins put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Perkins in the 76th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Perkins in the 82nd minute of the match. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins. But to his dismay, Sonny Perkins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Perkins in the 90th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Sonny Perkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tony Cote scored 9-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
