The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Czechovitz Czechowice's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Szymon Wolnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanislaw Grabowski got free with Arnout Reekers in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Szymon Wolnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 6th minute of the match. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Wim Wilmes advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Czechovitz Czechowice's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Szymon Wolnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Szymon Wolnik having to make a save. The throw-in from Kees Mooiweer in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Czechovitz Czechowice's Xalo Domenech. In the 18th minute, Moise Roşca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer, in the 19th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Czechovitz Czechowice! Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Arnout Reekers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Czechovitz Czechowice's Moise Roşca got a free kick in the 27th minute. Szymon Wolnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Czechovitz Czechowice's Szymon Wolnik. Szymon Wolnik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Xalo Domenech managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czechovitz Czechowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Xalo Domenech was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 35th minute of play forced Czechovitz Czechowice's goalkeeper Szymon Wolnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Szymon Wolnik. In the 43rd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Szymon Wolnik was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislaw Grabowski in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radomil Giejda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bas Tuitert kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Czechovitz Czechowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fryderyk Madej didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Szymon Wolnik in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led to Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Stanislaw Grabowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Czechovitz Czechowice's goalkeeper Szymon Wolnik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Stanislaw Grabowski struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Czechovitz Czechowice. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Wolnik having to interfere. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
