When Sven Krakouer fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Sven Krakouer a yellow card for diving instead. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Václav Křivan. Jan Špalek kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Václav Křivan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 46th minute of play forced BSC Bardejov's goalkeeper Radek Pergl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Germany's Frank Sachs was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Václav Křivan hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Frank Sachs missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 62 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Radek Pergl right hand side. The supporters of Germany booed when BSC Bardejov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Libor Henych didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Martin Pekár came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the BSC Bardejov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Pekár couldn't finish the play. Martin Pekár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, BSC Bardejov's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Radek Pergl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BSC Bardejov's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Frank Sachs scored to the left of an out of position Radek Pergl, making the score, 1-2. In the 90th match minute, BSC Bardejov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléberson Coutinho to maneuver through the defense. Albin Holweck struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Radek Pergl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany.
