In the 10th minute of the match, Sandrinho Torres got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Kahn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. BELİZE CK's Szczepan Hajder got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Songurbey Ulutaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 13th minute of play. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Sandrinho Torres scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Hajder in the 60th minute of play. Baran Alp Dalokay helped the player get up and apologised. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Songurbey Ulutaş having to make a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BELİZE CK had played much better football throughout.
