Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. FC Panat's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dimitris Charalambopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 8th minute of play. With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when FC Panat's Cezar Bourceanu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 13th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Dimitris Charalambopoulos. FC Panat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Cezar Bourceanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, FC Panat's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Cezar Bourceanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezar Bourceanu got free with Fodor Daniel in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Bourceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Panat's Dacian Iorgu came free and shot a quick shot against goal 34 minutes in the game, fortunately Fodor Daniel had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 34 minutes into the game, Dacian Iorgu lined in a short shot 3-2 behind a frustrated Fodor Daniel. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Charalambopoulos having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Bourceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dimitris Charalambopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, FC Panat's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. İlhami Uçman hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitris Charalambopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
