In the 6th minute Juan Toledano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Nolte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Santa Catalina's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Toledano came free, but Joseph Nolte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Misael Palma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joseph Nolte having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Costas in the 15th minute of play forced Santa Catalina's goalkeeper Joseph Nolte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Jhonnatan Pimentel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrés Mayen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan Toledano was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Coleshill AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ernesto Alvarenga was slow to take the kick. During this time Santa Catalina's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Santa Catalina's corner Ernesto Alvarenga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hector Pinho quite easily take care of the ball. Andrés Mayen took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hector Pinho. Hector Pinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Santa Catalina. When Shawn Verdugo fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa Catalina's protests and gave Shawn Verdugo a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes Santa Catalina got a freekick which was hit by Shawn Verdugo. Santa Catalina were furious when Ernesto Alvarenga was red carded, 76 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 75 minutes into the game, one of Santa Catalina:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Santa Catalina:s Joseph Nolte showed great skill when he stopped Rafael Duarte:s penalty. In the 80th minute, Ramon Zepeda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eraldo Guzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Pinho having to interfere. Santa Catalina's Jhonnatan Pimentel got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes in the game, Juan Toledano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joseph Nolte having to interfere. Hector Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Guzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 99th minute, Oscar Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Santa Catalina had played much better football throughout.
