Seating: 1873, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jorge Liborio kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the game, Eliseo Rey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Penzance's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Woking the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, Woking's Ismael Ruiz tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Woking's goalkeeper Ernesto Figueroa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alberto Vasquez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Ernesto Figueroa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13th minute, Allan Pedrozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Renderos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Peña, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Douglas Mendez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Figueroa having to interfere. Alberto Vasquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 39th minute, Douglas Mendez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Andrés Peña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Mendez made a kick off. Andrés Peña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian Renderos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Penzance's Douglas Mendez got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to Penzance getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eliseo Rey hit a great ball. Ismael Ruiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristian Renderos having to make a save. Alberto Vasquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Pedrozo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Douglas Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Douglas Mendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ernesto Figueroa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Liborio hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Douglas Mendez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Vasquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Renderos made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Andrés Peña sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute Douglas Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Figueroa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrés Peña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Renderos having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Alberto Vasquez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Penzance fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Penzance's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
