A very good chance. The supporters of Santo Domingo Fc booed when C.D FAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amilcar Botello didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Leopoldo Henriquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santo Domingo Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Henriquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, C.D FAS's goal looked a bit too open when Jhonnatan Alfaro came free, but Diego Cerritos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Corrales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Esteban Carballo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteban Carballo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shawn Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, C.D FAS's goal looked a bit too open when Jhonnatan Alfaro came free, but Diego Cerritos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jhonnatan Alfaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Diego Cerritos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Cerritos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Danilo Suarez hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Santo Domingo Fc walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
