Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 10th minute, Fabio Magaña reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Primitivo Barrera. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Hockley's zone, Alfredo Del Cid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Barrera came out of the goal and Alfredo Del Cid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Magaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Primitivo Barrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Barrera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Del Cid in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Hockley's goalkeeper Primitivo Barrera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Del Cid. Orlando Tobar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Mejia in the 27th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Alfredo Del Cid had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Primitivo Barrera. Hockley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Del Cid was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Christian Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hockley's zone, Jhonnatan Flamenco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Barrera came out of the goal and Jhonnatan Flamenco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Antonio Melendez came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the East Grinstead AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Melendez couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute of the match Hockley got a corner. East Grinstead AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafael Noyola ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edgar Moreno made a great header on Hockley's corner, it was just that East Grinstead AFC's Orlando Tobar managed to reach the ball for a save. The long shot by Marvin Contrera in the 60th minute really tested Orlando Tobar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jhonnatan Flamenco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of East Grinstead AFC booed when Hockley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Misael Vasquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hockley's Primitivo Barrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jhonnatan Flamenco in the 68th minute of play. After 73 played minutes East Grinstead AFC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Barreto. Manuel Mejia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Orlando Tobar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alfredo Del Cid took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primitivo Barrera. Primitivo Barrera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Alfredo Del Cid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Alfredo Del Cid put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Primitivo Barrera. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jhonnatan Flamenco in the 89th minute of play forced Hockley's goalkeeper Primitivo Barrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Barrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Del Cid in the 90th minute of the match. Jhonnatan Flamenco might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Barrera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jhonnatan Flamenco ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfredo Del Cid took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primitivo Barrera. Primitivo Barrera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0.
