Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) PIRAÑA - FDFDF's Edwin Figueroa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Edwin Figueroa came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the PIRAÑA - FDFDF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edwin Figueroa couldn't finish the play. Danilo Rojas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennys Mondragon came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by PIRAÑA - FDFDF's Edwin Figueroa. But to his dismay, Edwin Figueroa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Edwin Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennys Mondragon having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Edwin Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot. PIRAÑA - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Edwin Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dennys Mondragon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camilo Flores hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Rojas in the 33rd minute of play forced Watchet City's goalkeeper Dennys Mondragon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Rolando Erazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edwin Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Dennys Mondragon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PIRAÑA - FDFDF. Dennys Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute Gilberto Brizuela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilmer Villalobos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwin Figueroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dennys Mondragon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Watchet City's zone, Claudio Batres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennys Mondragon came out of the goal and Claudio Batres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Monzon to make the kick off. With a little luck, Watchet City's Dennys Mondragon got control of the ball when Pablo Cerritos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rony Orellana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dennys Mondragon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Christian Montes in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PIRAÑA - FDFDF's Wilmer Muñoz. Edwin Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennys Mondragon having to interfere. If Fabio Molina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Edwin Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PIRAÑA - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Figueroa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rony Orellana might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dennys Mondragon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rony Orellana ran back to his position shaking his head. Edwin Figueroa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Watchet City defense, Fabio Molina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennys Mondragon. The Watchet City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennys Mondragon should have stopped the shot. In the 69th minute Edwin Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennys Mondragon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennys Mondragon came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by PIRAÑA - FDFDF's Fabio Molina. But to his dismay, Fabio Molina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Rojas got free with Dennys Mondragon in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dennys Mondragon was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Danilo Rojas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Danilo Rojas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. 80 minutes into the match, Edwin Figueroa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dennys Mondragon, 0-5. In the 83rd minute Rony Orellana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennys Mondragon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, PIRAÑA - FDFDF's Pablo Cerritos got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Pablo Cerritos came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the PIRAÑA - FDFDF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Cerritos couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Edwin Figueroa notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Watchet City's Dennys Mondragon. Dennys Mondragon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. PIRAÑA - FDFDF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
