The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Géza Kocsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudi Bremke in the 2nd minute of play. Géza Kocsis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Maggi Gonzáles made a precise shot to the right of Géza Kocsis. GALENA-NORTH's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Barça Salvadoreño FC booed when GALENA-NORTH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joselito Del Cid didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, GALENA-NORTH's Baltazar Bentos got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 14 minutes, Nicolás Collado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GALENA-NORTH and the Barça Salvadoreño FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Barça Salvadoreño FC booed when GALENA-NORTH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolás Collado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 minutes of play, Barça Salvadoreño FC's Coenraad Peters made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Géza Kocsis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexander Navas in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Géza Kocsis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcel Mantel kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes GALENA-NORTH got a freekick which was hit by Joselito Del Cid. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvadore Dinha in the 20th minute of play forced GALENA-NORTH's goalkeeper Géza Kocsis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Géza Kocsis came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Barça Salvadoreño FC's Alexander Navas. But to his dismay, Alexander Navas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Géza Kocsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Navas in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Alexander Navas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Géza Kocsis. GALENA-NORTH's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexander Navas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 33rd minute, Odir Bautista made a precise shot to the right of Géza Kocsis. GALENA-NORTH's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 37 minutes into the match, Rudi Bremke notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of GALENA-NORTH's Géza Kocsis. Géza Kocsis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Géza Kocsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odir Bautista in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Navas in the 45th minute of play forced GALENA-NORTH's goalkeeper Géza Kocsis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Géza Kocsis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maggi Gonzáles went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Barça Salvadoreño FC made a substitution. Dominik Szoboszlai replaced Alexander Navas. Nicolás Collado kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes GALENA-NORTH got a freekick which was hit by Nicolás Collado. 72 minutes into the match, GALENA-NORTH's goal looked a bit too open when Odir Bautista came free, but Géza Kocsis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, GALENA-NORTH's Géza Kocsis got control of the ball when Maggi Gonzáles tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Barça Salvadoreño FC's Rudi Bremke made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Géza Kocsis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paradorn Todor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Rivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the match was over Barça Salvadoreño FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than GALENA-NORTH throughout the match.
