The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ezequiel Vincent came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Urusmayo AFC's Guillermo Jorrin. But to his dismay, Guillermo Jorrin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Apolo Raymundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Ezequiel Vincent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Roberto Fliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Arnulfo Macario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flora FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Macario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Mattin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Fermin Harri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Macario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ciriaco Mattin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fermin Harri in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Mattin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Arnulfo Macario got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Guillermo Jorrin struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ezequiel Vincent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urusmayo AFC. In the 34th match minute, Flora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Garcia to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 35 minutes, Guillermo Jorrin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urusmayo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Jorrin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute Apolo Raymundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Vincent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Guillermo Jorrin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Urusmayo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Jorrin couldn't finish the play. Apolo Raymundo struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Apolo Raymundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Vincent having to interfere. When Marcial Valiente fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urusmayo AFC's protests and gave Marcial Valiente a yellow card for diving instead. Marcial Valiente kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes Urusmayo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Montes. Guillermo Jorrin didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-2 via right post in the game's 62nd minute. Urusmayo AFC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 66th minute, Esteban Txilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flora FC's Ezequiel Vincent played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Jorrin in the 73rd minute of play. Fermin Harri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Fermin Harri came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Flora FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Harri couldn't finish the play. Ciriaco Mattin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Harri in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Urusmayo AFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Lucio Cristos hit a great ball. If Fermin Harri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Urusmayo AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
