Spectators: 6692 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guido Bernad started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Paulo Dantae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christian Haimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Desiderio Gai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prudencio Bembe struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Desiderio Gai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plateros FC. When Plateros FC's Christian Haimar in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 15thth minute of the game Guido Bernad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plateros FC's Americo Musko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Plateros FC's Christian Haimar got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Potrero AFC's Desiderio Gai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Haimar in the 26th minute of play. Prudencio Bembe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Desiderio Gai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. With a little luck, Plateros FC's Americo Musko got control of the ball when Gualterio Galtero tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Guido Bernad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Potrero AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Bernad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute of the match Candido Cedro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Americo Musko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 48 minutes, Christian Haimar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plateros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Haimar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Haimar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Prudencio Bembe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Desiderio Gai skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualterio Galtero in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Musko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Prudencio Bembe came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Plateros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Bembe couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Haimar in the 61st minute of play forced Potrero AFC's goalkeeper Desiderio Gai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Evaristo Vitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Plateros FC's Christian Haimar in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Guido Bernad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Musko having to make a save. Gualterio Galtero might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Americo Musko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gualterio Galtero ran back to his position shaking his head. Guido Bernad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Americo Musko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Plateros FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Fernan Cesaro hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Potrero AFC's goalkeeper Desiderio Gai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Bembe. Prudencio Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Plateros FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
