The supporters of Amalia AFC booed when Correcaminos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Frederik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edelmiro Marko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Jesco in the 4th minute of the match. Eleuterio Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Gumaro having to interfere. If Eloy Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Diagur in the 16th minute of play forced Correcaminos FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Marko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes Correcaminos FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Rio. In the 19th minute Higinio Mazuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Marko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edelmiro Marko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Cristofol in the 21st minute of the match. Edelmiro Marko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Rolando Odilon fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Correcaminos FC's protests and gave Rolando Odilon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Rolando Odilon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edelmiro Marko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Diagur in the 29th minute of the match. Dario Cristofol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dario Cristofol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Edelmiro Marko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edelmiro Marko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Eleuterio Saturnin made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Correcaminos FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Marko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Cristofol. The audience was convinced that Fausto Diagur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Marko was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eleuterio Saturnin in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Gumaro saved Amalia AFC from getting behind. Eloy Feliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquilino Gumaro having to make a save. Edelmiro Marko made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Dario Cristofol sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Correcaminos FC's Eleuterio Saturnin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquilino Gumaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eleuterio Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 played minutes Correcaminos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Natanael. In the 76th minute of the match Saverio Jesco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edelmiro Marko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alfredo Argoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Fausto Diagur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 96 in the game by Dario Cristofol from a close distance when the talented Edelmiro Marko managed to make a qualified save. Correcaminos FC's players were relieved. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
