After a rather tough play, Once Jaibos FC's Conrado Honesto got a free kick in the 8th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Once Jaibos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Gilesindo came free, but Celedonio Leizarraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Arnaldo Medero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Once Jaibos FC's Celedonio Leizarraga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Chinto in the 11th minute of play. Esteve Gilesindo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celedonio Leizarraga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Tapiales's goalkeeper Geronimo Iruinea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lino Pagomari. Emanuel Ruisko's late challenge caught a Once Jaibos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Ruisko helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Once Jaibos FC booed when Tapiales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ruisko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Julian Noe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Niceto Ereinotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Fertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Leizarraga having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play Tapiales's Emanuel Ruisko was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Emanuel Ruisko kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Carolo Chinto charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carolo Chinto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tapiales! Lino Pagomaris short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Geronimo Iruinea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 44 minutes into the match, Lino Pagomari notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tapiales's Geronimo Iruinea. Geronimo Iruinea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Aristides Fertus came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Tapiales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Fertus couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Isaac Gudesteo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Once Jaibos FC's protests and gave Isaac Gudesteo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Once Jaibos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Gudesteo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Once Jaibos FC's zone, Aristides Fertus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Leizarraga came out of the goal and Aristides Fertus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Tapiales's Esteve Gilesindo got a free kick in the 58th minute. Lino Pagomari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Once Jaibos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Aristides Fertus scored to the left of an out of position Celedonio Leizarraga, making the score, 1-1. When Once Jaibos FC's Niceto Ereinotz in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tapiales's goalie prevented a goal. Geronimo Iruinea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Pagomari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niceto Ereinotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Iruinea having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Niceto Ereinotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lino Pagomari came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Once Jaibos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Pagomari couldn't finish the play. If Lino Pagomari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Fertus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrado Honesto's late challenge caught a Tapiales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Honesto helped the player get up and apologised. Conrado Honesto kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Higinio Raphael kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Niceto Ereinotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Pagomari in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geronimo Iruinea saved Tapiales from getting behind. Once Jaibos FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
