Spectators: 5350 (Terracing: 4200, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 50) When Jose Efren came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ceibal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Efren couldn't finish the play. Ceibal's Cesar Nalo got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Chap hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Ceibal's Cesar Nalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Venancio Dimo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Ubajay's Marcelino Eskuin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Braulio Gaitan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 20th minute Marcelino Eskuin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Gaitan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venancio Dimo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jose Efren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. Jose Efren in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Venancio Dimo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Ceibal booed when Ubajay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Chap didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Chap during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Fabio Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Alejandro Roland fired a really elegant long shot, but Venancio Dimo threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Jose Efren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Dimo having to interfere. In the 46th minute of the match Alejandro Roland sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Venancio Dimo skillfully saved the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jose Efren made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the game Casimiro Oliverios made a throw-in which Edgardo Meder played forward. If Jose Efren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Nalo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Venancio Dimo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceibal. After 56 minutes of play, Ceibal's Jose Efren made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Venancio Dimo was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Ceibal's Braulio Gaitan got control of the ball when Apolo Gabino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 66 minutes, Jose Efren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceibal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Efren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venancio Dimo came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Ceibal's Jose Efren. But to his dismay, Jose Efren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ubajay's Venancio Dimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Efren in the 78th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Jose Efren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Venancio Dimo. Ubajay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Efren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 81st minute, Oscar Eudoxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Gabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Gabinos short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Braulio Gaitan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jose Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Dimo having to interfere. After 91 minutes of play, Ceibal's Cesar Nalo made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Venancio Dimo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Jose Efren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceibal's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Efren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venancio Dimo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ceibal's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
