Augusto Florin came out of the goal and Cayetano Eliazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayetano Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Florin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Duardo in the 9th minute of the match. Adan Dorio kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Super Sayans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Cordeara to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Cayetano Eliazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Florin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Rico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Claudio Rocendo made a huge save. Chuchi AFC's Claudio Rocendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Chuchi AFC from getting a goal against them. If Octavio Chayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Emenon during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Chuchi AFC's Claudio Rocendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Rico in the 53rd minute of play. Claudio Rocendo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th match minute, Super Sayans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Fiz to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute Teo Rufio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Florin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Chuchi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Chayo came free, but Claudio Rocendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Florin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuchi AFC. Super Sayans's Octavio Chayo got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Super Sayans were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Chuchi AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emiliano Videl took the corner. The corner led Super Sayans's Emiliano Videl to fire away a dangerous shot which Claudio Rocendo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Augusto Florin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cayetano Eliazar in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chuchi AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
