After 8 played minutes Lapataia got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Esiquio. Cosme Obano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calistrat Cupșa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Cosme Obano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Herminio Paul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Herminio Paul came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the °°°°BARCELONA°°°° fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herminio Paul couldn't finish the play. Isaac Jusepe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Hodei in the 18th minute of play forced °°°°BARCELONA°°°°'s goalkeeper Marco Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Isaac Jusepe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Alfredo Hodei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Koldo. °°°°BARCELONA°°°°'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Hodei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 35th minute, Jonas Feliu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Koldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Egoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Lapataia's goalkeeper Cosme Obano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herminio Paul. Lapataia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Herminio Paul 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herminio Paul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. °°°°BARCELONA°°°°'s Marco Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Hodei in the 53rd minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Lapataia's goal looked a bit too open when Calistrat Cupșa came free, but Cosme Obano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Calistrat Cupșa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calistrat Cupșa scored 2-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cosme Obano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Koldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Hodei went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Marco Koldo made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ruben Egoi sent off a good shot on target. Calistrat Cupșa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Obano having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Ruben Egoi made a precise shot to the right of Marco Koldo. °°°°BARCELONA°°°°'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After 82 minutes of play, Lapataia's Ruben Egoi made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Koldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruben Egoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Marco Koldo made a huge save. °°°°BARCELONA°°°°'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Alfredo Hodei scored to the left of an out of position Marco Koldo, making the score, 2-5. A collision led to Lapataia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Saul Diaz hit a great ball. Alfredo Hodei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Koldo having to make a save. Lapataia's Ruben Egoi got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lapataia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
