Lucas Matxin hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Divisoria AFC's Alonzo Guillen in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Candelaria FC's goalie prevented a goal. Divisoria AFC's Victorio Estebano got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rene Hotz lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Divisoria AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Candelaria FC:s goal. The referee gave Candelaria FC a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teofilo Mederi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Divisoria AFC's Segundo Mendiko. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Divisoria AFC's Alonzo Guillen got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Teofilo Mederi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Segundo Mendiko skillfully saved the ball. In the 25th minute, Everardo Errapel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Divisoria AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Segundo Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico George, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everardo Errapel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Everardo Errapel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Maxin having to interfere. If Candido Artaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Segundo Mendiko was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Marcial Nazario capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcial Nazario really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Ladislao Maxin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ján Koller went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico George made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Ladislao Maxin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ján Koller. Alonzo Guillen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Desiderio Dolcet charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Teofilo Mederi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Segundo Mendiko. Divisoria AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Marcial Nazario got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Everardo Errapel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Maxin having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Ján Koller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ladislao Maxin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. After a rather tough play, Divisoria AFC's Aquiles Tristan got a free kick in the 86th minute. Segundo Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Gorka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Segundo Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico George in the 90th minute of play. Ján Koller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ladislao Maxin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Segundo Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Gorka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Segundo Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Candelaria FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Divisoria AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
