ESCORPIUS's Zacarias Betadur was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ramon Frisco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Daniel Eneas hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Academicos F.C.'s Juninho Tróia got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ramon Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Cebrian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Frisco came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by ESCORPIUS's Ermegildo Umea. But to his dismay, Ermegildo Umea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in ESCORPIUS's zone, Elias Camerino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Eguerdi came out of the goal and Elias Camerino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Bitxintxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramon Frisco made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Anier Servando sent off a good shot on target. Joaquin Favila hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Elias Camerino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ramon Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Cebrian, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ramon Frisco was a little too slow when Eustaquio Cebrian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Camerino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Academicos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anier Servando came free, but Ramon Frisco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th match minute, ESCORPIUS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Umea to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th match minute, Academicos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Favila to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Joaquin Favila put in a rough tackle. Ramon Frisco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ramon Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Umea in the 74th minute of play. Ramon Frisco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Lleir in the 80th minute of the match. Samuel Obeko's late challenge caught a ESCORPIUS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Obeko helped the player get up and apologised. Samuel Obeko hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ramon Frisco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Servando in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Academicos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anier Servando came free, but Ramon Frisco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciriaco Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, ESCORPIUS's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Eneas came free, but Enrique Eguerdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Camerino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Eguerdi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Servando in the 89th minute of play forced Academicos F.C.'s goalkeeper Ramon Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juninho Tróia hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Zacarias Betadur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ramon Frisco. Academicos F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, ESCORPIUS's Eustaquio Cebrian made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramon Frisco was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ESCORPIUS had played much better football throughout.
