Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Siro Ugutz started the match with the kick off. Filiberto Loreto kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, FC Guadalupe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Tallia to maneuver through the defense. Cayetano Mitxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Iratzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 played minutes Empedrado AFC got a freekick which was hit by Albano Bras. When Celestino Qwinton came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the FC Guadalupe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Qwinton couldn't finish the play. Siro Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Siro Ugutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Siro Ugutz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Blas Raitin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vicente Beltxe hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Siro Ugutz took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prudencio Natanael. Prudencio Natanael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 62 minutes, Siro Ugutz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Guadalupe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Ugutz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Prudencio Natanael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Qwinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Celestino Qwinton made a precise shot to the right of Prudencio Natanael. Empedrado AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Blas Raitin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. Empedrado AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Guadalupe's goalkeeper Cayetano Mitxel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Godofredo Iratzeder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Cayetano Mitxel made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Blas Raitin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cayetano Mitxel was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Blas Raitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blas Raitin had several of the FC Guadalupe's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Cayetano Mitxel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Cayetano Mitxel made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Godofredo Iratzeder sent off a good shot on target. Empedrado AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
