Ricardo Otsoko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Evis having to interfere. In the 39th minute Fulgencio Hartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Evis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Tajo having to interfere. Ricardo Otsoko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Evis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Hartz in the 46th minute of the match. Ricardo Otsoko might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Evis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Otsoko ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardo Otsoko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Ricardo Evis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clodoveo George stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ricardo Otsoko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Lopez charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Lopez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes Bompland AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Lopez. Fulgencio Hartz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 69 in the game by Fulgencio Hartz from a close distance when the talented Ricardo Evis managed to make a qualified save. Bompland AFC's players were relieved. In the 74th minute, Ricardo Otsoko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricardo Evis. The goal made the score 0-2. Bompland AFC's Clodoveo George got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusebio Rencio's late challenge caught a Bompland AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Rencio helped the player get up and apologised. Eusebio Rencio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Celso Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Lopez in the 87th minute of play. Lobos FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
