In the 6th minute German Che shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Daunte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ánimas AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Zacarias Loreto hit a great ball. Ubaldo Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Valerio in the 13th minute of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Dalmacio Valerio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cuervos Ecatepec's Ubaldo Daunte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When German Che came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ánimas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Che couldn't finish the play. Ubaldo Daunte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Che, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to Ánimas AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Victor Hermon hit a great ball. Raul Eron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvio Sanchez in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Valerio in the 35th minute of play forced Cuervos Ecatepec's goalkeeper Ubaldo Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Valerio in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Daunte saved Cuervos Ecatepec from getting behind. Raul Eron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blas Loi in the 42nd minute. Dalmacio Valerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ubaldo Daunte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Che kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The Cuervos Ecatepec players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ánimas AFC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Dalmacio Valerio made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Valerio in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Daunte saved Cuervos Ecatepec from getting behind. The corner ended in Nicasio Gonsalvo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cuervos Ecatepec's Ubaldo Daunte did a great save. Ánimas AFC's Raul Eron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Sanchez in the 58th minute of play. Elvio Sanchez charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elvio Sanchez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Cuervos Ecatepec got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Sanchez. Ánimas AFC's Dalmacio Valerio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Silvio Iztal hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. When Adan Lorien fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cuervos Ecatepec's protests and gave Adan Lorien a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ánimas AFC booed when Cuervos Ecatepec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Lorien didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Cuervos Ecatepec's Ubaldo Daunte got control of the ball when German Che tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, German Che got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Dalmacio Valerio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubaldo Daunte was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Elvio Sanchez was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Ánimas AFC booed when Cuervos Ecatepec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Sanchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Valerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ubaldo Daunte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dalmacio Valerio's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Amador Lordi kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Valerio in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Daunte saved Cuervos Ecatepec from getting behind. Ubaldo Daunte stood somewhat misplaced when Dalmacio Valerio came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 91 minute. Dalmacio Valerio struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Ubaldo Daunte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ánimas AFC.
