The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leo Quinto during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Los mordecais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Quinto to maneuver through the defense. Marco Dolfos hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Javier Orlo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Clemente Colas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Anacleto Franco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ildefonso Mikeldi. Cacheuta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anacleto Franco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mariano Ciano charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Ciano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aldo Arixo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ildefonso Mikeldi. Cacheuta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Anacleto Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 minutes of play, Los mordecais's Jacinto Orlondon made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ildefonso Mikeldi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alvaro Pagomari made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Gustavo Madeo sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Cacheuta's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Orlondon came free, but Ildefonso Mikeldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38thth minute of the game Jacinto Orlondon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cacheuta's Ildefonso Mikeldi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ildefonso Mikeldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Orlondon in the 40th minute of the match. Cacheuta's Ildefonso Mikeldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Franco in the 42nd minute of play. Anacleto Franco scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ildefonso Mikeldi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 52nd minute, Gustavo Madeo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cacheuta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 57th minute, Mariano Ciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Anacleto Franco sped through Cacheuta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ildefonso Mikeldi. 64 minutes into the match, Los mordecais's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Eskuin came free, but Alvaro Pagomari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los mordecais's Alvaro Pagomari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Cerilo in the 66th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Marco Eskuin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cacheuta's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Eskuin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Pagomari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Anacleto Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Cacheuta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Cerilo to maneuver through the defense. Anacleto Franco was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ildefonso Mikeldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Franco in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute Anacleto Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Mikeldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Los mordecais booed when Cacheuta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Eskuin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los mordecais's Aldo Arixo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cacheuta. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los mordecais eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
