Spectators: 6684 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Godfredo Jurgi started the match with the kick off. Eusebio Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Velasco in the 6th minute of play forced Majadita FC's goalkeeper Federico Padro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Padro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Jurgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Cordobita's Nicanor Velasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Padro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th match minute, Majadita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Gilen to maneuver through the defense. Federico Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Jurgi in the 17th minute of the match. Nicanor Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Nicanor Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cordobita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicanor Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuel Argi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Florinio having to interfere. Eusebio Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Arnoldo Florinio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldo Aztore did an outstanding performance 42 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-0 to the right of an irritated Arnoldo Florinio in the goal. Cordobita's Godfredo Jurgi got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebio Cruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eusebio Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Velasco got free with Federico Padro in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Federico Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Jurgi in the 56th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Eusebio Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Majadita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebio Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Florinio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Majadita FC's goalkeeper Federico Padro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Velasco. Samuel Argi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Florinio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Cordobita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Beltran to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match Aldo Aztore sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Florinio skillfully saved the ball. Nicanor Velasco took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Federico Padro. Federico Padro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Federico Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Jurgi in the 77th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Cordobita's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Argi came free, but Arnoldo Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Cordobita's Godfredo Jurgi in the 86th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Federico Padro was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Majadita FC through an amazing save. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Nicanor Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cordobita's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Padro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Samuel Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cordobita players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Majadita FC.
