Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) Romeo Argi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 3rd minute. Castaño AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cipriano Galeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Chaime having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Volcán's Matias Karlo got a free kick in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Volcán's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Argi came free, but Hugo Chaime reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Volcán getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Dante Gauargi hit a great ball. Ismael Playo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Joaquin Bernaldo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Saturnino Emeterio. Octavio Rayman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saturnino Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Rayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Castaño AFC's Saturnino Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Bernaldo in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Rayman in the 28th minute of play forced Castaño AFC's goalkeeper Saturnino Emeterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Octavio Rayman made a precise shot to the right of Saturnino Emeterio. Castaño AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cipriano Galeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Hugo Chaime tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hugo Chaime made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Argi in the 36th minute of play. Cipriano Galeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Cipriano Galeno got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cipriano Galeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Hugo Chaime made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romeo Argi was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Castaño AFC's goalkeeper Saturnino Emeterio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquin Bernaldo. After a defensive mix-up in Volcán's zone, Cipriano Galeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Chaime came out of the goal and Cipriano Galeno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavio Rayman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Saturnino Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Cordairo in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Chaime saved Volcán from getting behind. Octavio Rayman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Saturnino Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Dante Gauargi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Cordairo charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donato Cordairo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The tension between the Volcán and the Castaño AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Volcán got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Cuarto. Castaño AFC's Romeo Argi got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saturnino Emeterio came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Volcán's Octavio Rayman. But to his dismay, Octavio Rayman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 84 minutes into the match, Castaño AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Bernaldo came free, but Saturnino Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Volcán's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Playo came free, but Hugo Chaime reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeo Argi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Volcán were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Castaño AFC's much stronger midfield.
