Joaquin Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Segundo Nardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Florentino Matia made a huge save. Bernardino Elazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Olayo having to interfere. Balrogs's Agustin Olayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Elazar in the 9th minute of play. Natalio Millan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florentino Matia came out and tried to block the shot, but Natalio Millan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Fernan Lalla recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Florentino Matia. Fernan Lalla showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Bernardino Elazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSG's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Elazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Olayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Patricio Cordarin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Agustin Olayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Cordarin in the 26th minute of play forced Balrogs's goalkeeper Agustin Olayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Patricio Cordarin came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the PSG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Cordarin couldn't finish the play. Patricio Cordarin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Agustin Olayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Segundo Nardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balrogs and the PSG players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of PSG booed when Balrogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Nardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Aureliano Xabat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balrogs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSG the free kick. PSG made a substitution. Pablo Tadzio replaced Patricio Cordarin.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardino Elazar got free with Agustin Olayo in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the game, Pablo Tadzio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Agustin Olayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Bernardino Elazar managed to get in a good position for a shot.
