Ricardo Bastian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinicio Primo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Claus in the 24th minute of the match. Dalmacio Nicholas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Fero having to interfere. Guillermo Leobardo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Constantino Fero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario Canalla FC. In the 29th minute, Guillermo Leobardo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Constantino Fero, passed just outside the right post. In the 32nd minute, Fidel Malvin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Leobardo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. After 40 played minutes Chivas FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Crescencio. Guillermo Leobardo in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Constantino Fero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Dalmacio Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Rosario Canalla FC's Guillermo Leobardo got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 54 played minutes Chivas FC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Lucero. Hector Monico kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Dalmacio Nicholas took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantino Fero. Constantino Fero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Dalmacio Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Constantino Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillermo Leobardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Nicholas in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantino Fero saved Chivas FC from getting behind. In the 88th minute, Chivas FC's Raimundo Claus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vinicio Primo. Vinicio Primo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 91st minute, Artemio Lucero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Primo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The supporters of Chivas FC booed when Rosario Canalla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Monico didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Chivas FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Rosario Canalla FC side.
