Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Victoriano Chuse got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes Tunal got a freekick which was hit by Diego Fiz. Aldo Columbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Chuse in the 13th minute of the match. Tunal's Aldo Columbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Normando in the 15th minute of play. Victoriano Chuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Columbo having to interfere. If Herminio Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, Argentina's goalkeeper Genaro Isauro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiburcio Cuartio. Tiburcio Cuartios short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Genaro Isauro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Chuse's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aldo Columbo was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 38th minute, Herminio Cerilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herminio Cerilo in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Genaro Isauro saved Argentina from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Aldo Columbo made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Apolo Normando sent off a good shot on target. 53 minutes into the game, Victoriano Chuse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aldo Columbo. Victoriano Chuse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. If Victoriano Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Gavino Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Tunal's Aldo Columbo got control of the ball when Victoriano Chuse tried to sneak it across the goal line. Apolo Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aldo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Cuartio in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Isauro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Apolo Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Aldo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Argentina's Victoriano Chuse ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aldo Columbo. Aldo Columbo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Apolo Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. But to his dismay, Herminio Cerilo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Tunal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Argentina's performance. The match ended with a win for Argentina.
