Spectators: 6675 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gavino Macerio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Antinaco FC's Felipe Tano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Macerio in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Ignacio Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Carrizal AFC's Ignacio Vergaray in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Antinaco FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gavino Macerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hipolito Terciero fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Antinaco FC's protests and gave Hipolito Terciero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th minute, Hipolito Terciero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ignacio Vergaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Bernardino Otsando could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Isidro Libertad however easily saved by the left post. Antinaco FC's Felipe Tano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Macerio in the 25th minute of play. Felipe Tano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Vergaray, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gavino Macerio sped through Antinaco FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Felipe Tano. Gavino Macerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felipe Tano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Macerio ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Macerio in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Tano saved Antinaco FC from getting behind. Felipe Tano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Macerio in the 48th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 55 minutes Carrizal AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alberto Pacorro who took care of the corner kick. Antinaco FC's Alberto Pacorro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isidro Libertad in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 60 minutes, Gavino Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carrizal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Macerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Antinaco FC's Severino Matia got a free kick in the 60th minute. Isidro Libertad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Otsando, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ignacio Vergaray's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Felipe Tano firmly grabbed it by the left post. Damian Manex kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Carrizal AFC's Gavino Macerio managed to work through Antinaco FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Gavino Macerio dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Isidro Libertad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Manex, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 86 minutes, Carlos Tabb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antinaco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Tabb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ignacio Vergarays short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Felipe Tano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Carrizal AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Carrizal AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
