In the 3rdth minute of the game Norberto Sanduru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tobar's Robustiano Resto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teodosio Bernat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Joanes in the 7th minute of play. Leandro Tello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Robustiano Resto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Ovidio Tercero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panteras's Teodosio Bernat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cayetano Pepillo charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cayetano Pepillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cayetano Pepillo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Ovidio Tercero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodosio Bernat was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Panteras's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Tercero came free, but Teodosio Bernat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Pepillo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Leandro Tello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Tercero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ovidio Tercero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Tobar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Leandro Tello fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Sanduru was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Loren during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tobar getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Rodrigo Loren hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tobar's zone, Arnoldo Gonza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robustiano Resto came out of the goal and Arnoldo Gonza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes in the game, Fidel Etxekopar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Teodosio Bernat having to interfere. Teodosio Bernat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Etxekopar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Tobar's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Tello came free, but Robustiano Resto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidel Etxekopar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Fidel Etxekopar came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Tobar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Etxekopar couldn't finish the play. After 74 minutes, Amador Joanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tobar and the Panteras players grew even worse after the yellow card. 76 minutes into the game, Norberto Sanduru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panteras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobar the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Tello in the 81st minute of play forced Tobar's goalkeeper Robustiano Resto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Tercero got free with Teodosio Bernat in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Norberto Sanduru scored 1-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robustiano Resto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Robustiano Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Sanduru, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Tobar players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Panteras from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
