After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Anselmo Berdoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. AGUILAS DORADAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Berdoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Ramone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Muñano's zone, Edelmiro Teofilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Ramone came out of the goal and Edelmiro Teofilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Anselmo Berdoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Berdoi scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Freddy Ramone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute, Ruperto Locaio made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Eztebe. AGUILAS DORADAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 16th minute Nemesio Mendebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Locaio in the 20th minute of the match. Anselmo Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Locaio in the 25th minute of play forced AGUILAS DORADAS's goalkeeper Alvaro Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Berdoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Ramone having to interfere. Freddy Ramone was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Edelmiro Teofilio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edelmiro Teofilio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Alvaro Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Mendebal, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Alvaro Eztebe came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Muñano's Arnaldo Aztore. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Aztore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A sloppy throw-in by Edelmiro Luar in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AGUILAS DORADAS's Tomás Mel.

The wind increased when Anselmo Berdoi made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Locaio got free with Alvaro Eztebe in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 53rd minute, Edelmiro Teofilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Freddy Ramone was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Freddy Ramone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Teofilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddy Ramone came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by AGUILAS DORADAS's Edelmiro Teofilio. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Teofilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Freddy Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Teofilio in the 64th minute of play. Edelmiro Teofilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Freddy Ramone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Anselmo Berdoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anselmo Berdoi took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Ramone. Freddy Ramone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. 79 minutes into the game, Adrian Vedillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Muñano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AGUILAS DORADAS the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Muñano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AGUILAS DORADAS:s goal. The referee gave AGUILAS DORADAS a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edelmiro Teofilio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Muñano's Freddy Ramone. 6-2. 85 minutes into the game, Pablo Urtats was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AGUILAS DORADAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muñano the free kick. After 86 played minutes AGUILAS DORADAS got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Urtats. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edelmiro Teofilio in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Ramone saved Muñano from getting behind. Anselmo Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ruperto Locaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 99 minutes into the game, Ruperto Locaio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Alvaro Eztebe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Muñano players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AGUILAS DORADAS.
