Spectators: 6689 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 0) Nemesio Mendebal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Bela in the 4th minute of play forced Muñano's goalkeeper Freddy Ramone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Catamarca AFC's Modesto Enetz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddy Ramone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Freddy Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Azeari in the 12th minute of play. When Catamarca AFC's Benjamin Azeari in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Freddy Ramone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Modesto Enetz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Muñano's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Azeari came free, but Freddy Ramone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Muñano getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Nicasio Tartalo hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Catamarca AFC's Geronimo Ubelteso tried to score from far away in the 25th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Freddy Ramone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Enetz, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Catamarca AFC's Benjamin Azeari got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to Muñano getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Evaristo Huly hit a great ball. Modesto Enetz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Modesto Enetz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Freddy Ramone skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Benjamin Azeari might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Freddy Ramone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Azeari ran back to his position shaking his head. Modesto Enetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Ramone having to interfere. With a little luck, Muñano's Freddy Ramone got control of the ball when Modesto Enetz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 77 played minutes Muñano got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Silvino. Benjamin Azeari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nemesio Mendebal struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Nemesio Ederono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muñano. A collision led to Catamarca AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Melquiades Segio hit a great ball. Nemesio Ederono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Mendebal in the 88th minute of play. Evaristo Huly took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nemesio Ederono. Catamarca AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Despite being the better team, Catamarca AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
