Modesto Enetz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Nestor Horado made a huge save. Nestor Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Azeari, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Catamarca AFC's Nemesio Ederono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Vedillo in the 13th minute of play. Catamarca AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Hernando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, Rauch's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Modesto Enetz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 1-0 became the score in the 37th minute when Benjamin Azeari elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Benjamin Azeari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin Azeari was the one to do the kick off. Emiliano Juvenal's late challenge caught a Catamarca AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiliano Juvenal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Rauch's Emiliano Juvenal got a free kick in the 56th minute. Benjamin Azeari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Modesto Enetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st match minute, Rauch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Eneto to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Enetz in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Benjamin Azeari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjamin Azeari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
