With a little luck, pumas's Salvador Dubardo got control of the ball when Baldomero Orixe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andres Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Alonzo Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geronimo Ramirez kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Salvador Dubardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Neto in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match, Baldomero Orixe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Salvador Dubardo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Baldomero Orixe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Salvador Dubardo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Baldomero Orixe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Salvador Dubardo made a huge save. Santo Urtsin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Salvador Dubardo made a huge save. Ivan Piarres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Rio having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Neto was the one to do the kick off. Fabio Neto struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Salvador Dubardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vinalito AFC. 53 minutes into the match, pumas's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Orixe came free, but Salvador Dubardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56thth minute of the game Santiago Tristan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but pumas's Salvador Dubardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the match, pumas's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Neto came free, but Salvador Dubardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Orixe in the 61st minute of play forced pumas's goalkeeper Salvador Dubardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. pumas's Ivan Piarres managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Justino Rocendo in the 63 minute of the game. In the 69th minute Santiago Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Dubardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvador Dubardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Neto in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, pumas's Maximino Ospetsu got a free kick in the 75th minute. Salvador Dubardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santiago Tristan's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Fabio Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Salvador Dubardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. pumas's Salvador Dubardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Neto in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Orixe in the 84th minute of play forced pumas's goalkeeper Salvador Dubardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Urtsin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salvador Dubardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Santo Urtsin took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salvador Dubardo. Salvador Dubardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Vinalito AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
