Spectators: 7154 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 10) Mixta's Abelardo Valiente started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vladimiro Dunixi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Lia in the 3rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorginho Favoretto during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Jorginho Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vladimiro Dunixi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Abelardo Valiente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vladimiro Dunixi. Zeus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abelardo Valiente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Humberto Dei made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Stathis Kouzoulidis sent off a good shot on target. Stathis Kouzoulidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Dei having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Edgard Lia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vladimiro Dunixi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Humberto Dei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stathis Kouzoulidis went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, Zeus's Lázaro Lluques seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lázaro Lluques the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Zeus protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lázaro Lluques had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 31st minute, Lázaro Lluques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute of the match Aurelio Garikoitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimiro Dunixi skillfully saved the ball. Stathis Kouzoulidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Dei having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Mixta got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Gai. Vladimiro Dunixi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Valiente in the 38th minute of play. Andres Gurutz's late challenge caught a Mixta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andres Gurutz helped the player get up and apologised. If Edgard Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Zeus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mixta were winning 1-2.

Vladimiro Dunixi made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Edgard Lia sent off a good shot on target. Zeus's Stathis Kouzoulidis got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Teodor got free with Vladimiro Dunixi in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgard Lia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 76 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mixta's Edgard Lia fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, Mixta's Edgard Lia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiro Dunixi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zeus's Vladimiro Dunixi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Zeus from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Mixta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zeus throughout the match.
