Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elpidio Lander ran back to his position shaking his head. Non servium's Elpidio Lander got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prospero Eskuin hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Bernaldo in the 11th minute of play forced Non servium's goalkeeper Wilfredo Patrido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes, Ruben Odilon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Non servium and the Carmen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Ruben Odilon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Patrido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Savion in the 14th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Ladislao Savion could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Wilfredo Patrido however easily saved by the left post. After 16th play minutes Elpidio Lander shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Marcelino Ladio and just under the crossbar into goal. Ruben Odilon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Non servium's Elpidio Lander in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carmen's goalie prevented a goal. In the 24th match minute, Carmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Odol to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauricio Bernaldo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilfredo Patrido. That made the score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. Elpidio Lander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelino Ladio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Marcelino Ladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Carmen got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Bernaldo. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elpidio Lander made a kick off. Wilfredo Patrido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Bernaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Igor Errapel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Marcelino Ladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Elpidio Lander came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Non servium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Lander couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ladislao Savion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carmen's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislao Savion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Patrido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Elpidio Lander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Non servium's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Savion came free, but Wilfredo Patrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Non servium's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Bernaldo came free, but Wilfredo Patrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes in the game, Elpidio Lander fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marcelino Ladio having to interfere. Marcelino Ladio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauricio Bernaldo in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfredo Patrido saved Non servium from getting behind. 91 minutes into the game, Mauricio Bernaldo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Wilfredo Patrido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Arnulfo Abaunza came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Non servium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnulfo Abaunza couldn't finish the play. Non servium were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
