Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) Volta's Genaro Romano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Genaro Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Volta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Romano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Zeledon Micael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Lezama AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Confesor to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Robustiano Domeka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Volta's supporters rose to their feet, but Robustiano Domeka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Ler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28thth minute of the game Zeledon Micael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Volta's Ulises Valery was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulises Valery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Vigil in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Robustiano Domeka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Volta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robustiano Domeka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulises Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Vigil in the 35th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Godfredo Diaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lezama AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Volta the free kick. Godfredo Diaz kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ulises Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Vigil in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Ulises Valery made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Godfredo Diaz sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute of the match Eustaquio Cayo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulises Valery skillfully saved the ball. Ulises Valery stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeledon Micael's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Jairo Vigil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Volta's Teofilo Cordarius got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Jairo Vigil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lezama AFC's Godfredo Confesor got a free kick in the 74th minute. Jairo Vigil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Volta's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Micael came free, but Ulises Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Vigil got free with Ulises Valery in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jairo Vigil struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Ulises Valery didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lezama AFC. Lezama AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
