After a defensive mix-up in Raiders FC's zone, Benito Ruy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Belmiro Luz came out of the goal and Benito Ruy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Jorge Jesco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Belmiro Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Ruy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Rexino's late challenge caught a Raiders FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Rexino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Sorento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Rexino to maneuver through the defense. After 16 played minutes Silvio Flor scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Severo Kauldi who was too lazy, 1-0. Fabio Lizer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Kauldi having to interfere. Severo Kauldi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabio Lizer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Raiders FC's Fabio Lizer got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Lizer got free with Severo Kauldi in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, Sorento's Jorge Jesco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belmiro Luz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sorento's Benito Ruy got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Sorento booed when Raiders FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Blai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Ruy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Kauldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Tanio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saverio Tanio made a kick off. Edgardo Koldobika kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Raiders FC's Saverio Tanio got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 56 played minutes, Raiders FC's Silvio Flor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severo Kauldi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Raiders FC reached it. If Benito Ruy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Jesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belmiro Luz having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Raiders FC's Saverio Tanio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severo Kauldi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 68 minutes into the game, Benito Ruy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Belmiro Luz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Fabio Lizer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severo Kauldi was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Fabio Lizer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saverio Tanio might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severo Kauldi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Tanio ran back to his position shaking his head. Severo Kauldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Tanio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Jesco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Belmiro Luz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. When Jorge Jesco came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Sorento fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Jesco couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Raiders FC's Belmiro Luz got control of the ball when Benito Ruy tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Tanio in the 83rd minute of play forced Sorento's goalkeeper Severo Kauldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Saverio Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Raiders FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sorento had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
