An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Reynardo in the 17th minute of play forced Leoncitos Jr's goalkeeper Samuel Olier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Betadur took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Olier. Samuel Olier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Saucecito's goalkeeper Andres Sol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Remicio. Saucecito's Andres Sol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Saucecito from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Conrado Goizeder notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Leoncitos Jr's Samuel Olier. Samuel Olier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Abajas was the one to do the kick off. Samuel Olier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaston Olo in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Santxol in the 89th minute of play forced Leoncitos Jr's goalkeeper Samuel Olier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
