Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tobias Oihenarte made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Nicasio Cordeara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Chacarita's Tobias Oihenarte in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Concepción FC's goalie prevented a goal. Concepción FC's Melquiades Edwardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Cordeara in the 20th minute of play. Tobias Oihenarte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Melquiades Edwardo came out and tried to block the shot, but Tobias Oihenarte slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. Leopoldo Marino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Veremundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Siro Luzea fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chacarita's protests and gave Siro Luzea a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Chacarita got a freekick which was hit by Siro Luzea. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmiro Cordarrell during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Concepción FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Delmiro Cordarrell hit a great ball. Nicasio Cordeara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melquiades Edwardo having to make a save. Melquiades Edwardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Oihenarte in the 39th minute. Tobias Oihenarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Melquiades Edwardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Concepción FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Ofelio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 46 minutes, Leon Ubelteso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chacarita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Ubelteso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Ramiro Veremundo made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Victoriano Lizbeth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Concepción FC's Zeledon Gonsalve pulled a muscle in his leg after 53 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 53 minutes into the game, Enzo Mergildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chacarita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Concepción FC the free kick. Enzo Mergildo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Concepción FC's zone, Nicasio Cordeara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Edwardo came out of the goal and Nicasio Cordeara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute Tobias Oihenarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Edwardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Gilesindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Marino having to interfere. Nicasio Cordeara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 76 minutes into the game, Chacarita's Santo Marko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Edwardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After having played for 82 minutes, Tobias Oihenarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chacarita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Oihenarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 3-0 became the score in the 83rd minute when Tobias Oihenarte elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Melquiades Edwardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Cordeara in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, Concepción FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Chumo to maneuver through the defense. Concepción FC's Melquiades Edwardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Cordeara in the 89th minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game Tobias Oihenarte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Concepción FC's Melquiades Edwardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicasio Cordeara struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Melquiades Edwardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita. When the referee ended the match the Chacarita players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
