Spectators: 6689 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Guaberto Jorrin made the kick off which started today's match. Arsenio Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Jorrin in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Guaberto Jorrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carrisalito FC were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Monteros AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iker Lander took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Guaberto Jorrin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arsenio Shepherd quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Guillermo Orzaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Monteros AFC's zone, Dionisio Dimas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Shepherd came out of the goal and Dionisio Dimas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenio Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Jorrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo Oliverio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Orzaize in the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Monteros AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Leopoldo Gaitan hit a great ball. Anselmo Oliverio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Orzaize, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenio Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guillermo Orzaize to strike the kick off in the second half. Dionisio Dimas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Arsenio Shepherd when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Anselmo Oliverio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Orzaize, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo Oliverio came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Monteros AFC's Guillermo Orzaize. But to his dismay, Guillermo Orzaize quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Arsenio Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Jorrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Orzaize scored 2-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Oliverio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guaberto Jorrin in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Shepherd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arsenio Shepherd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dionisio Dimas in the 80th minute. A collision led to Carrisalito FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Reynaldo Gorka hit a great ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Dionisio Dimas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carrisalito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Dimas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guaberto Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Shepherd having to interfere. If Guaberto Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Monteros AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carrisalito FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
