Vicente Chepes short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Adrian Cerilo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 11 minutes, Beppe De Vecchis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pepas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beppe De Vecchis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Pepas's Adrian Cerilo threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Beppe De Vecchis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adrian Cerilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe De Vecchis in the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Chepe in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Cerilo saved Catinzaco AFC from getting behind. In the 35th match minute, Catinzaco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Federigo to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Catinzaco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Beppe De Vecchis came free, but Adrian Cerilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45thth minute of the game Beppe De Vecchis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catinzaco AFC's Adrian Cerilo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Pedro Vincent made the kick off in the second half. If Pedro Vincent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Veremundo in the 57th minute. Isaac Ermengol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Adrian Cerilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Cerilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beppe De Vecchis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Isaias Lehior's late challenge caught a Pepas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaias Lehior helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Catinzaco AFC's Isaias Lehior got a free kick in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Beppe De Vecchis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Adrian Cerilo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isaias Lehior, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pepas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catinzaco AFC the free kick. After 89 played minutes Pepas got a freekick which was hit by Guido Estefan. After a rather tough play, Pepas's Guido Estefan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Pepas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
