In the 8th minute, Lucas Emmanuel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lonquimay AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Cornelio Ler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lonquimay AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tacoyoj the free kick. 11 minutes into the game, one of Lonquimay AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Camilo Asur shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Cesar Mirande hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Anibal Jerano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celso Gentza having to make a save. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Aquiles Esiquio sped through Lonquimay AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celso Gentza. Santiago Olando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Emmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Anibal Jerano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Celso Gentza. Anibal Jerano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florencio Cresenciano during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Tacoyoj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Cresenciano to maneuver through the defense. Lonquimay AFC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Tacoyoj's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Norberto Eneas took the corner. The corner ended in Norberto Eneas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tacoyoj's Santiago Olando did a great save. Enzo Sol took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Santiago Olando. Tacoyoj's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Celso Gentza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Esiquio, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Lucas Emmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lucas Emmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Severino Nuno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Santiago Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Aquiles Esiquio came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Tacoyoj fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Esiquio couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Lonquimay AFC's Cornelio Ler got a free kick in the 74th minute. Santiago Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Emmanuel in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Emmanuel in the 86th minute of play forced Tacoyoj's goalkeeper Santiago Olando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Lonquimay AFC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ciriaco Costante hit a great ball. After 95th play minutes Aquiles Esiquio shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Celso Gentza and just under the crossbar into goal. Tacoyoj's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
