In the 14th minute Jeronimo Garikoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leones Negros FC's Filomeno Lorien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Min in the 16th minute of play. When Fernan Eliazar fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leones Negros FC's protests and gave Fernan Eliazar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MalaUva FC booed when Leones Negros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Eliazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Frisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Erubiel Bordat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Sanson's late challenge caught a Leones Negros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erubiel Bordat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernan Eliazar went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to MalaUva FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rodrigo Sanson hit a great ball. Rosendo Txurio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Erubiel Bordat skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Erubiel Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Frisco in the 46th minute of play. Rosendo Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Bordat having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rosendo Txurio made a kick off. Rodrigo Sanson kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Rosendo Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Bordat having to interfere. MalaUva FC's Erubiel Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Txurio in the 55th minute of play. Rosendo Txurio struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Erubiel Bordat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leones Negros FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Txurio in the 60th minute of play forced MalaUva FC's goalkeeper Erubiel Bordat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Leones Negros FC's Fernan Eliazar got a free kick in the 66th minute. Geraldo Moreira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 72 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Filomeno Lorien, was totally fooled by MalaUva FC's Baldomero Ermengol, who 74 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. MalaUva FC's Erubiel Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Txurio in the 84th minute of play. Rosendo Txurio struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Erubiel Bordat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leones Negros FC. In the 88th minute Fernan Eliazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Bordat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, MalaUva FC's Conrado Amato ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filomeno Lorien. Filomeno Lorien yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. The audience was convinced that Rosendo Txurio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erubiel Bordat was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Erubiel Bordat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Eliazar in the 98th minute of the match.
