An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Frutos in the 4th minute of play forced Hōkago tea time's goalkeeper Filiberto Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hōkago tea time's Filiberto Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Vincente in the 12th minute of play. Club Lobos's Efrain Ler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Club Lobos from getting a goal against them. When Desiderio Uhin came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Hōkago tea time fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Uhin couldn't finish the play. Efrain Ler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Erruki in the 17th minute of the match. Hōkago tea time were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Club Lobos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernardino Pirmin took the corner. The corner ended in Bernardino Pirmin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Lobos's Efrain Ler did a great save. If Venancio Mendiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Serafin Ignazio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efrain Ler was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Efrain Ler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hōkago tea time. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Serafin Ignazio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Serafin Ignazio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Serafin Ignazio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hōkago tea time's Alonzo Erruki got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venancio Mendiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Efrain Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Baldovino hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Bernardino Pirmin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hōkago tea time's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Pirmin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efrain Ler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Alonzo Erruki made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Club Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Ignazio came free, but Efrain Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Erruki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Efrain Ler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Ignazio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Ignazio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Ler having to interfere. Efrain Ler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Mendiko in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Venancio Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the game, Hōkago tea time's Desiderio Uhin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Efrain Ler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 71st minute Alonzo Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Ler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Club Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Erruki came free, but Efrain Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Club Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Mendiko came free, but Efrain Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Hōkago tea time were the better team. Hōkago tea time's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
