But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melchor Rosalio couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Palantelén's goal looked a bit too open when Albino Leobardo came free, but Rodrigo Natanael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Palantelén's Rodrigo Natanael got control of the ball when Melchor Rosalio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, CF AGUILAS's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Crispo came free, but Urbano Iago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Orkatz in the 31st minute of play forced Palantelén's goalkeeper Rodrigo Natanael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Flavio Rufio fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palantelén's protests and gave Flavio Rufio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Flavio Rufio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Natanael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melchor Rosalio's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. A hard shot 36 in the game by Melchor Rosalio from a close distance when the talented Rodrigo Natanael managed to make a qualified save. Palantelén's players were relieved. 42 minutes into the match, Palantelén's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Rosalio came free, but Rodrigo Natanael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melchor Rosalio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrigo Natanael having to make a save. Palantelén's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Melchor Rosalio scored to the left of an out of position Rodrigo Natanael, making the score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Rodrigo Natanael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melchor Rosalio's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After 60 played minutes, CF AGUILAS's Albino Leobardo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodrigo Natanael came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CF AGUILAS reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melchor Rosalio in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Natanael saved Palantelén from getting behind. 65 minutes into the game, CF AGUILAS's Vladimiro Chico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Natanael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a rather tough play, CF AGUILAS's Wim Van Hoovelt got a free kick in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CF AGUILAS's zone, Nemesio Crispo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Iago came out of the goal and Nemesio Crispo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Rosalio in the 72nd minute of play forced Palantelén's goalkeeper Rodrigo Natanael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melchor Rosalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cecilio Oihenarte kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Rodrigo Natanael came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by CF AGUILAS's Melchor Rosalio. But to his dismay, Melchor Rosalio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Rodrigo Natanael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melchor Rosalio's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. A collision led to Palantelén getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Flavio Rufio hit a great ball. Luisito Leocadio hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute of the match Wim Van Hoovelt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Natanael showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. CF AGUILAS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
