Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) Palomitas's Camilo Elizardo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Palomitas's Samuel Paul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixto Isusko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Palomitas's Severo Lauren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Palomitas from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Roque Erauso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sepultura's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Erauso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Lauren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute of the match, Emanuel Caradaro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Severo Lauren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emanuel Caradaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Lauren having to interfere. With his leg Severo Lauren managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Sepultura's Emanuel Caradaro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sepultura's Roque Erauso was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Palomitas's Severo Lauren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Erauso in the 36th minute of play. Edgard Abaurre's late challenge caught a Sepultura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Abaurre helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Edgard Abaurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Teodoro Orlin fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sepultura's protests and gave Teodoro Orlin a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Palomitas's zone, Roque Erauso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severo Lauren came out of the goal and Roque Erauso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

If Emanuel Caradaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Caradaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Paul could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Sixto Isusko made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Palomitas's Edgard Abaurre got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 68 minutes of play, Sepultura's Emanuel Caradaro made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severo Lauren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roque Erauso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severo Lauren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Denis Lop kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Emanuel Caradaro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Paul got free with Sixto Isusko in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roque Erauso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severo Lauren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Roque Erauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Severo Lauren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Sepultura's Roque Erauso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severo Lauren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Sepultura got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Terciero.
