Saverio Shepherd who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Marcelo Martxot when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ausonia's goalkeeper Marcelo Martxot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saverio Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Martxot having to interfere. After 98 played minutes Runciman AFC got a freekick which was hit by Omar Cordarrell. When the final whistle sounded Runciman AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ausonia.
